Is the new health bill gpoing to change market behavior ?

The week starting on a down trend, which translates to  an oportunity to maybe buy some close to the buttom stocks like LDK and DRYS and of course Citigroup , the market is hlding strong regrdless of some profit taking , but some few stocks are still a BUY  considering the end of the month is report time for many companies.
